SERVO-CONTROLLED SYRINGE PUMP

The SD5000 is a fully programmable servo driven system designed for precise metering of single component materials such as anaerobics, cyanoacrylates, urethanes, epoxies, and silicones. The system is typically used for applications requiring minimal flow rates for low to medium viscosity materials. The SD5000 comes complete with:

  • 1cc or 10cc syringe metering chamber
  • Variable flow control via servo motor speed
  • Disposable metering cylinder eliminates costly maintenance procedures
  • Automatic chamber refill system for both filled and unfilled materials
  • Light, compact design permits mounting directly to robot gantry eliminating variables such as material compressibility and/or line swell
